Catt Longoria

Catt Longoria is a full-time real estate agent proudly serving Waco, TX, and the surrounding communities. Since 2019, she has been helping clients buy and sell homes, combining her passion for people with her love of real estate.

Before beginning her career in real estate, Catt spent 5 years working in insurance, where she built a strong foundation in customer service and communication. That experience, paired with her people-first personality, has shaped the way she serves her clients today. She thrives on connecting with others, navigating challenges, and making each transaction a positive and memorable experience.

Catt believes that real estate is about more than just buying or selling a house — it’s about finding the right home that can truly transform someone’s life. Every client she works with brings a unique story, and she approaches each journey with honesty, energy, and dedication.

Now, as part of Pecan Creek Realty Group under Bramlett Residential, Catt is able to provide her clients with even greater marketing power, exposure, and resources. Whether someone is upsizing, downsizing, investing, or finding their first home, she is committed to guiding them through every step with care and professionalism.

Outside of real estate, Catt is a proud mom of two, a gym enthusiast, and someone who values laughter and an all-natural lifestyle. Her love for Waco and its community shines through in both her personal and professional life, making her a trusted partner for anyone looking to make their next move in Central Texas.
