A Bit About Me
Caleb Miller joined Bramlett Partners | Pecan Creek Realty Group in Waco out of a passion to
serve clients in an environment that is truly conducive to putting the interests and goals of
clients first and foremost. He’s found a home where high professional standards, kindness
towards others, and uncompromising ethical standards thrive!
Caleb is an advocate for the real estate and investing public who can be trusted to take the time
to understand each client’s specific needs and goals before making recommendations. In doing
so, he aligns himself with his client’s interests to make sure they find the right property for
them within their budgets.
Caleb is the agent his brokers trust with complex real estate transactions. Proficiency and
experience with contracts teamed with industry knowledge give his clients the edge in their real
estate dealings.
So, whether it’s asking the right questions to bring to light matters and characteristics specific
to farm and ranch properties, helping investors successfully conduct 1031 exchanges and
maximize their return on investment, helping clients work working with builders by staying on
top of incentives, pricing trends, and contract provisions to build their dream home, or selling
or buying a home in a rapidly changing market. Caleb will help you sell or buy your property
with fewer headaches while helping you maximize your valuable time and money.
Caleb has been a licensed real estate agent in Texas since 2002. Before joining Pecan Creek
Realty, he’s worked as a real estate agent for RE/MAX, Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, and
Magnolia Realty. He’s worked as an account executive at Fisher Investments and as a financial
advisor with Cambridge Investment Research and Wells Fargo Advisors. He also crunched
numbers in corporate finance and facilitated decisions to make, buy, store, and transport
products as a Material Program Manager in the defense industry. Every position Caleb held, his
grasp of advanced statistical modeling led to sound pricing and budgeting decisions.
So, whether it’s pricing a home to strike the sweet spot in the market between time and
profitability. Or, helping clients decide which improvements will add the most value to their
home. Caleb is there to help his clients make decisions with confidence.
In his spare time, Caleb enjoys spending time with his family, biking, hiking, volunteering with
his church family at home and abroad, and coaching baseball and soccer. Caleb has also
regularly given to Children’s Miracle Network and a variety of faith directed charities.
Caleb majored in Finance with a minor in Economics and graduated with honors from Abilene
Christian University with a bachelor degree in business administration. And, it was at ACU that
the seeds were planted for teaching stewardship and to responsibly enjoy prosperity and
intellectual gifts to bring hope and healing to those in need. Caleb received the Student
Leadership Award from ACU in 1999.
